Refund policy

We want you happy with what you have received from us. If you are not there will be a full refund if returned within 30 days of receiving product and:

• In original Box in New Condition
• Buyer is responsible for shipping charges
• If it is Bags, the package may not be opened
• If it is parts, product required to be in New condition
• Total refunds, less shipping charges will be issued within 10 working days of State Central Vacuum receiving the product back, and inspection
  Special Order items may not be returned
